One of the key highlights of the system is its automatic document generation feature, which effortlessly converts data into PDFs, graphs, charts, and statistics. This visual representation of data aids in decision-making and provides clear insights into procurement trends and performance.

The Maisha Medical Admin System encompasses comprehensive functionality, including customer and supplier data management, company document management, time management and analysis, and supplier vetting. It caters to the diverse needs of the organization, offering a complete solution for effective procurement and administrative management.

With six user levels, the system ensures appropriate access control based on users’ roles and responsibilities within the organization. It is hosted on Firebase Hosting, providing a secure and reliable platform for data storage and system accessibility.

The finance department benefits from easy access to supplier and customer information for streamlined payment processing, while company administrators, including the chairman, CEO, and director, enjoy the convenience of accessing vital company documents anytime, anywhere.
